Plentific is a simple, powerful property repairs and maintenance management platform: an end-to-end marketplace SaaS that empowers property managers to launch and manage their own fully flexible contractor solution.

Worked remotely on designing new features, improving the user experience, introducing new design processes and creating demo prototypes used to win new clients. Created handover documents for developers, including user flows, site maps, DSM, wireframes, assets, and mobile and desktop prototypes.

The team spanned cultures and locations around the globe, including Turkey, Spain, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom and the United States. We worked in sprints, under constant pressure to deliver fast. Once a week the whole company met on Zoom to hear the latest news and updates from each department.

Every designer on the team was accountable for a couple of specific features or workflows and was expected to become the subject matter expert for them.

Since ChatGPT launched, I have integrated AI into my design workflow, using it to draft copy and generate user stories. It speeds up ideation and keeps the focus on user-centred design solutions.
