Plentific is a simple, powerful property repairs and maintenance management. It is an end-to-end marketplace SaaS platform that empowers property managers to launch and manage their own fully flexible contractor solution.

Worked remotely on designing new features, improve the user experience, implement new design processes and create demo prototypes to be used to acquire new clients. Created hand over documents for developers which include but not limited to user flows, site maps, DSM, wireframes, assets, mobile and desktop prototypes.

The team ranged from various cultures and locations around the global from Turkey, Spain, Italy, Poland, United Kingdom and United States. We all worked in Sprints and worked under constant pressure to deliver fast. Once a week we would all meet with the entire company on Zoom to hear the latest news or updates from different departments.

I arranged daily stand up meetings with the design team to get to know them better and also give the opportunity to share any insights or issues within projects. Every designer on the team is accountable for a couple of specific features or workflows, and everyone is expected to become the subject matter expert for those features.

Since the introduction of Chat-GPT, I integrated AI into my design workflow, I've leveraged its capabilities for crafting copy and generating user stories. AI has enhanced my creative process, enabling quicker ideation and ensuring user-centric design solutions.
