Abodoo is an Irish data intelligence and consulting company specializing in AI and machine learning-driven skills and talent mapping. It offers solutions that bridge the gap between education and industry through skill-based job matching, talent development, upskilling programs, and platforms aligned with sustainability goals like decarbonization and United Nations Sustainability objectives.

Worked remotely on enhancing UX/UI for key products including the Skills Passport Platform, (d)Academy for digital skills training, and IKC3 dashboard for carbon, climate, and innovation skills analytics. Conducted user interviews, analyzed feedback from beta testing and HR pilots, improved interfaces for course recommendations, job matching, and admin views, while creating prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and handover documents for developers to ensure seamless implementation of features like skills gap visualizations, filters, and integrations with ATS systems. The team was diverse and global, with members from Ireland, Europe, and beyond, collaborating across time zones. We operated in agile sprints under tight deadlines to iterate quickly on features. 

Weekly design reviews involved presenting updates to product managers, owners, CTO, CPO, and stakeholders for feedback, reducing rework and aligning on priorities like accessibility, responsiveness, and eco-conscious design elements. As the sole designer, I owned all areas of the platform, becoming the go-to expert for components to drive user-centered improvements and other visual designs.
